We get a lot of incredible requests, especially during demo calls! To give you a heads up of what Cluely can and cannot do, here is a list of our features and what we cannot do.

What Cluely CAN DO

Cluely is explictily designed to be a video conferencing meeting assistant. Cluely listens to your meeting transcript, detects keywords from the transcript, and uses your custom knowledge base info from documentation or CRM integrations to answer those questions and handle sales objections live. Cluely CANNOT DO

  • Mobile app or phone assistance
  • Screen record meetings or save audio. Cluely only stores the transcript.
  • Cluely cannot and does not auto-train from your meetings.
  • Cluely does not do chatbot customer support.
  • Cluely does not currently have a mobile app, so it can only assist with conversations on your computer, like video conferencing calls or mobile dialers in browsers.
  • Cluely does not have a voice assistant, so it cannot be used to answer questions or perform tasks on your voice.
  • Cluely does not take calls or handle phone calls for you — it instead assists you during calls.
  • Reliable real-time translation. For example, Cluely will not auto translate a recipient’s language to your own language during a call.
  • Cluely cannot perform desktop actions on your behalf yet, like button clicks or file downloads.
Cluely excels at sales assistance, but is not a general purpose AI assistant (at least yet).
